Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their top class buffet style restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meals. You will have at least 18 months experience in top quality 5 star hotel restaurants in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity. You will be deputising to the Restaurant Manager and overseeing approximately 30 staff, so good motivational and team leading skills are required. Overseeing the restaurant area and staff are key to this role, so a responsible but lively out-going personality is desired. You must have high standards, be positive, have a Food Hygiene Certificate and be willing to make the next step in your career by joining this excellent hotel.
